"The Beach Body"

Nowadays going to the beach is about having a hot body, having a six pack, the perfect bum, hips and hot legs. Unlike the good old days, where going to the beach was about having fun with family or your friends. I visited Durban a couple of weeks ago and as I was laying on the sand getting a tan on I was listening to a group of people criticising some lady about her weight saying "look at how fat that lady is she shouldnt be dressed like that" pointing fingers and highlighting all the faults on her body! I turned around to get a glimpse of these critics, and to my surprise niether of them was a Kim Kardashian! In that moment I asked myself, why are people so concerned with other peoples weight and faults when they themselves are not perfect? In reality, they should be worrying about their own! In my opinion stereotypes and stigmas should be removed especially in places like the beach. So people can be free since we all live in a "free" country!

    1. Well DengcebzSangu you whats right for you, what you can handle in terms of training and taking the right diet for you. It all depends what you consider is the perfect body not what Kim Krdashian wants or sees as perfect.

    1. The objectivity of this blog is to encourage people to love their bodies,to learn to be comfortable with how they look and to not conform to what society has set for us. It is important to learn that health and happiness begins with with self love.
